From the Board: Virtual Town Hall Meetings Set for March 31, April 2

The Chinquapin HOA Board invites all owners to join us for two virtual Community Town Hall meetings. To better address specific topics and questions, we are offering two different sessions.
You are welcome to attend both or the one that best fits your interests. Both meetings will start at 6 pm (EDT).
Tuesday, March 31 – Architectural Review Process
This session will focus on the Architectural Review process for new construction and modifications to existing homes. If you are building a new home, planning a home modification, removing trees or would like to better understand the architectural approval process, this session will be especially helpful.
Thursday, April 2 – General Community Questions
This session will cover general community topics and provide an open forum for owners to ask questions and share feedback.
Both meetings will begin at 6 pm (EDT). Members of the HOA Board will host the call and be available to answer questions. Owners are encouraged to submit questions in advance by emailing info@chinquapinowners.com. Submitting questions ahead of time will help us prepare and ensure we address as many topics as possible during the meeting.
We encourage all owners to participate and take advantage of this opportunity to stay informed and engaged with the community.
