IPM: Late Fees Won't Be Charged Until After March 31 3.06.2026

Brian Dorry of IPM Association Services, the firm that handles Chinquapin's financials, sent an email to homeowners on March 5 apologizing for the late-fee charges that have appeared on some owners' bills.
If you didn't receive the email, here it is:
Dear Chinquapin Owners,
We want to apologize for any confusion that may have been caused by a late fee briefly being shown on your account balances for unpaid 2026 assessments. These late fees were auto-generated by our system and have been removed. Assessments will not be considered late until after March 31st.
Additionally, we want to make owners aware that IPM does have an office in Cashiers, located at 448 US Hwy 64, in the same plaza as Freeman Gas and Benjamin Moore. Our team is in the office from 9am until 4:30pm between Monday and Friday and is happy to assist you with any issues or concerns regarding your Chinquapin account if it is convenient for you to stop by in person.
