Voting on the Special Assessment for the Chinquapin Buy-Out 12.19.2025

Chinquapin Owners,

The Special Assessment Vote for all owners is now open. Your vote is important! 

There are two options for voting, you can vote electronically or mail in your ballot. The Chinquapin office will not serve as a ballot collection site. 

The vote will close at 9:00pm ET December 30, 2025. You may vote electronically by going here, https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WZT7NYY  or you may mail in the ballot. The mail-in ballot is below. All mail-in ballots must be postmarked by December 30, 2025.
