Scroll down after opening to read the content & the articles. Follow the whitelist directions on the home page so website notifications land in your Inbox.
Boring, I know, but helpful, I hope. All this info is from my research. I'm not a troubleshooting resource; almost all problems are on the receiving computer's end, but I need to know when you're having problems. meadobson@gmail.com. I highly recommend getting someone, not me, to help you with clearing caches, see below. In the past, very unusual things on a server's end have affected a person's email, so check with yours for updates and help.

Try These Things to Troubleshoot Problems
Whitelist the email address info@chinquapinowners.com.
Look for website generated emails in your Inbox or Spam.
This is what you'll see before opening the website email.
mead...@wixsiteautom (and the words New post in Chinquapin Owners followed by an article title)

The entire FROM address showing when the email is opened is meadobson@wixsiteautomations.com

Click on the black box that says Check It Out. You'll see the blog article.
You may not need to log in to read the article, but for other info on the site & the directory, log in.
At least open these notifications to remain an Active website member.

Don't see notifications in your Inbox or Spam? You might be Inactive.
A Contact Turns Inactive when a week passes after they've gotten at least 5 emails & haven't opened/clicked any of them. INACTIVE MEMBERS DON'T GET NOTIFICATIONS. Become Active again by clicking on a past notification. This is a Wix setting; the website admins can't change it.
Other reasons you don't get notifications:
*You marked a previous notification as Spam.
*Your address is undeliverable. (wrong, old email address)
*You unsubscribed from notifications using the link in an email or the settings page of your Member Account.
More reasons why you don't get notifications:
*Outlook email addresses often prevent emails from sources like a website getting into Inboxes. It's something about how Outlook sets up its email.
*High security settings or using a work email address can slow or prevent website emails from landing in Inboxes. Again, it's security-related on the recipient's end.
*Your email server may have made a change or update that affects your email.
Did you change your password & can't log in?
*Clear your cache or use a different browser to log in.
If you still can't log in, send the details to Martha Dobson meadobson@gmail.com so Wix can better help me, if needed. On my end of things, I can try deleting the member's account. Then the member can create a new account with a different password.
Clearing your cache might be what you need to do to log in.(copied from my online searching results)
Clear Cache on Mac
Open Finder icon by clicking on blue smiley face on far left of the DOCK. Or click on the Desktop image. CLOSE as many programs as possible before deleting the application cache, also known as the user cache.(may see a small lag 1st time apps are reopened)
Press Shift + Command and G at the same time. Or click the Go menu and select Go To Folder.
Type ~/Library/Caches and press Return.
Select all of the files inside the Caches folder. Click 1 item or folder, then press Command + A to select all the files.
Right click the highlighted area and select Move to Trash. Click the File menu and choose Move to Trash. This clears the cache used by applications on your Mac. *****If you see an error telling you one or more files can't be deleted, they're being used by an open application. For now, skip deleting those files, then try to delete them later when those programs are closed.
Clear Safari caches
1. Click the Safari menu. If you already see a Develop menu item in the bar at the top of the screen, skip to step 5
2.Click Settings, near the top of the Safari men.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Click the "Show Develop menu in menu bar" box, at the bottom of the Preferences window. Doing this adds the Develop tab to the Safari menu bar. Now close the Advanced window.
5. Click the Develop menu in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
6. Click Empty Caches. This clears the Safari web browsing cache.
