Dear Chinquapin HOA Members,

The Board of Directors has scheduled the 2026 Budget Ratification meeting on January 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM. This meeting is being held in accordance with NC Planned Community Act, Section 47-F-3-103(c). While a quorum and attendance are not required, you may wish to participate via conference call. Per the state statute, the budget shall be ratified unless at the meeting a majority of all the lot owners in the association rejects the budget. The call-in information is listed below.

Please find the 2026 proposed budget link here. Based on the proposed budget, the Operating Assessment will increase to $3,850 annually per lot and there will be a special assessment for purchase of developer assets in the amount of $6,666.67 per lot.
