Landscaping for the Season Begins This Week
After carefully evaluating four landscape firms, the Board has selected a landscaping provider to service our community. We’re pleased to share that the selected company will begin seasonal landscaping services this week. This decision was made with a focus on quality, reliability, and long-term care of our entrance and common areas.
We are also pleased to continue working with our flower specialist, Kim, who will remain part of our landscaping efforts. The new landscape team will partner with Kim to ensure our seasonal flowers and plantings continue to enhance the beauty of our community.
What to Expect
The team will be addressing overgrowth, including trimming back and removing excessive growth where needed. Some plants may be relocated where possible to better support long-term landscape health and design consistency. Plants that have significantly overgrown their designated areas or are no longer sustainable may be removed.
These seasonal efforts help maintain the beauty, safety, and overall curb appeal of our community.
Please use caution around crews and equipment while work is underway, and avoid parking in areas that may temporarily restrict access to landscaped spaces.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and look forward to another beautiful season in Chinquapin!
