Welcome from your new Chinquapin General Manager
Dear Chinquapin Owners,
Happy fall! I’m grateful for the warm support and enthusiasm about my return as General Manager as Waterfront transitions operations to the HOA. I know many of you have questions and opinions about community topics. I’ve stayed closely connected since leaving full-time in 2021, and I’m focused on making Chinquapin even better—starting with clearer, more consistent communication. You also have a strong Board in place with thoughtful plans and ideas.
Since rejoining, my immediate focus has been Operations and the Building process. I’ve been working closely with Bill Benner (Operations), Tim Wellman (Building) and Kay Lucas (Secretary). Rhonda and I are also reviewing our records and systems to ensure we have what we need to support owners both now and long-term.
