HOA Annual Meeting Sept. 13 & Proxy Info 9.4.2024

Friday, September 13 is the HOA Annual Meeting at the Outpost, at 10 a.m. Owners should have gotten emails from IPM, the property management group, around August 15 regarding the Notice of the Annual Meeting. That email includes meeting details and proxy information. There's also a Zoom conference call option for owners who can't attend in person. Owners attending via Zoom cannot be counted in the quorum or vote except by proxy, so please submit your proxy to an owner of your choice, who must be present at the meeting, before the meeting. Undesignated proxies that owners turn in are assigned to the HOA Board made up of people associated with the Waterfront development group. If owners do not turn in a proxy at all, their vote is not assigned to anyone and will not count towards the quorum. The proxy form is attached to the email.
