Discovery Cabins Booking Link Now Live on Chinquapin Owners Website 4.2.2026

Book Your Stays Now -- Informally known as the Disco Cabins, rentals can now be reserved via the Chinquapin Owners website. Find the Chinquapin Discovery Cabins link on the home page or click here.

The cabins are now under individual ownership, and the online booking site is provided as a service by the Chinquapin HOA.

Per deed restrictions, the cabins are to be rented only to Chinquapin owners or their family or guests. The owners are responsible for managing their own properties, which includes setting all rates (rent, cleaning, dog fees, deposits), collecting all payments, preparing the cabins for occupancy, cleaning, and maintenance. The Chinquapin HOA and staff, including Rhonda, will no longer be involved.

Four of the five cabins are currently being offered as rentals. If Disco Cabin 5 is made available, we will let owners know by email. Any questions about a property should be directed to the person or company that responds to you after you complete the booking application via the website.
