Subject: Special Assessment Townhall
Chinquapin Owners,
The Chinquapin Board of Directors hereby calls a Special Meeting of the Owners to consider a proposed buy-out agreement with Mark Adkins, developer. Approval of the proposed buy-out requires an affirmative vote of the owners in accordance with our covenants. The Special Meeting will also include consideration of a related special assessment applicable to all owners.
In advance of the meeting, the Board of Directors has prepared a briefing that is now posted to our Chinquapin Owners site, https://www.chinquapinowners.com/. Please take time to review it.
There are two virtual town hall meetings for December 17th and December 18th at 6PM ET to review the report and address your questions. It is very important you attend one of these town halls to fully understand what your HOA Board recommends and respond to property owners’ questions. After the town halls, HOA members may vote on the recommendation.
The vote will open the morning of December 19th and will close on December 30th. We will use electronic voting or a mail-in ballot.
