Subject: Annual Meeting news - Registration, Ballots, and Agenda

At the Annual Meeting tomorrow, please remember to check-in early by arriving at 1:30 pm or before. There is a registration process required which will take some time.  You’ll receive your ballot for each lot(s) and additional ballots for each proxy designation. The meeting will start promptly at 2pm. 

The voting will take place first for approval of the By-Laws. After this there will be an introduction of candidates for the Board of Directors and we will also ask for nominations from the floor. Each ballot will list the candidates and have a write-in nomination. You will be asked to vote for 11 board members. 

The meeting will be held at the Sapphire Community Center, 207 Sapphire Valley Rd, Sapphire NC 28744. It is next to SlopeSide Tavern. There is a large conference room in the back which is where the meeting will be held.
