December Gate & Building Codes---Breedlove gates #0257 Gates for the Double Knob area #2070. Outpost door code 3003 and press the white button. Shut this door firmly; it locks itself. The Outpost is for owners' use.
Post Office Building Security--As many of you are aware, we have had ongoing issues with packages disappearing at the post office. To improve security, we have installed cameras, and the building will now remain locked. Access will be limited to owners and the postmaster, each of whom will have an entry code. Please do not share this code with anyone, including renters.
If you have a renter who needs to receive mail for emergency purposes, their packages must be delivered to the Trading Post, where they can arrange pickup with the office staff.
Please also note that when leaving the post office, you will need to press the lock button to make sure the door secures behind you. This step is necessary every time you exit the building.

Current website members--As you meet new owners, encourage them to join the website. New owners receive a letter with information about the site upon their property purchase.
