Go to the Nature and Wildlife page on the Chinquapin Owner website to view a neighbor's video of a bear dragging food trash out of a construction dumpster and scattering litter. It's altering its natural feeding behaviors by searching for food in dumpsters. This happened in the Double Knob area of Chinquapin earlier in the week. An employee in the Sales Office is aware of the incident.
