Mark Adkins of the Waterfront Group has indicated that he is nearing the completion of the development and intends to turn over Chinquapin to a homeowner run HOA in the near future. In anticipation of this change, we will begin to organize ourselves into an informal owners group that can work with Mark on this transition. This process begins by understanding what you, our neighbors and fellow owners, think about and desire from our community. It will help us work with Mark during this transition period and be prepared for the future.

This survey is slightly different from previous surveys, so complete this so the new responses will be collected.
Each person who is an owner may complete the survey; each completion has to come from a unique email address. Collated results will be posted for owners to see. Owners have the choice to complete the survey anonymously or to give their names. Email addresses of anonymously completed surveys will not be visible.
