Gates & Codes Through July 1 6.7.2026

The gates closed on Saturday evening, June 6, and over the next several days, we will continue to roll out additional information and instructions regarding the new UniFi Access system.
If you currently have an RFID sticker, it should continue to work at all the main gates. The temporary access code 0257 will open ALL gates and will remain active through July 1st. By that time, all owners should have received their personal PIN code and an invitation to download and activate the UniFi Access app. Please note that the new system no longer requires a # before or after the code.
All builders with an active construction site in Chinquapin have received an email requesting that they reply to obtain their new builder PIN code.
If you have a vacation rental property, please email me the contact information for your rental management company. I can invite them into the UniFi system so they can create Visitor Passes directly for your renters. If you do not use a rental management company, you will be responsible for sending Visitor Passes to your renters through the app. During this transition period, please feel free to provide renters with the temporary gate code 0257 if needed.
Likewise, if a vendor requires access, you may provide the temporary gate code 0257 until owners can issue Visitor Passes directly through the app. Frequent vendors such as UPS, FedEx, and the trash service will be assigned dedicated PIN codes for ongoing access.
